A non-refundable deposit equal to the tax amount holds your event on our calendar.

How far in advance should I book?

Most events book 4 to 8 weeks out. Peak season fills fast, so reach out early.

What's required to confirm my date?

A non-refundable deposit equal to the tax amount of your total quote, paid via Clover.

How do payments work?

Deposit at booking. Final balance is due the day of your event before service begins.

What areas do you cater?

Home base is Valdosta and Adel. We regularly cater across Tifton, Nashville, Waycross, Albany, and surrounding cities. Outside that range, ask us about travel.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Let us know in your inquiry and we'll work with you on options.

What if my event runs longer than 3.5 hours?

We can extend service for $50 per additional hour. Let us know in advance.

Do you provide plates, drinks, and utensils?

All of those are available add-ons. Most clients add at least one to make the event fully turnkey.

Do you cater weddings?

Yes. Weddings are one of our specialties. The Taco Bar Deluxe and Private Taco Truck packages are most popular for receptions.
